Declaration on Appearance and Material Characteristics: The "Walnut Wood Edition" of the ZENAGI Incense Purifier is CNC-carved from natural North American Black Walnut; therefore, the wood grain and color of each device are entirely unique. The actual product may differ slightly from the website photos. This is a natural characteristic of the material and not a product defect. Additionally, the metal editions (Zen Gold, Lunar Silver) are crafted from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy via CNC unibody machining and anodizing. Slight color variations may occur under different lighting conditions and screen displays. Please refer to the actual delivered product.
Right to Design Optimization: To provide the most perfect purification experience and exceptional quality, we reserve the right to fine-tune product exterior details (e.g., precision casting adjustments of the smoke-control plug, glass dome tolerance optimization) during mass production. Should there be any specification adjustments or schedule changes, we will promptly announce them on our official social media and website. 3. Product Warranty【1-Year Main Device Warranty】
The ZENAGI Incense Purifier main device comes with a one-year warranty starting from the date of receipt.
The warranty covers non-artificial damage and product malfunctions under normal use. Damage caused by drops, collisions, water exposure, unauthorized disassembly or modification, failure to operate or maintain according to the user guide, and other human or non-product factors are not covered by the warranty.
Consumables and accessories such as HEPA filters, activated carbon, fireproof mats, and glass domes are not covered by the one-year warranty on the main device.
For issues regarding returns, missing parts, damaged products, or warranty claims, please contact ZENAGI official customer support with your order number and relevant photos/videos.
