  • Convenience Store Pickup: 7-ELEVEN / FamilyMart (Applicable to Taiwan Main Island & Outer Islands)

  • International & Outer Islands: SF Express (Applicable to Taiwan Outer Islands, China, Japan, and the United States)



    • Estimated Delivery Times：

  • Home Delivery: Approx. 2-3 days (Taiwan Main Island)

  • Convenience Store Pickup: Approx. 3-5 days (Taiwan Main Island & Outer Islands)

  • Outer Islands Delivery: Approx. 5-7 days (Taiwan Outer Islands)

  • International Delivery (China, Japan, US): Subject to SF Express flight schedules and local customs clearance procedures.

  • Dispatch Time: In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed (excluding the order day). Shipping operations are paused on weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery Hours: Home deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 6:00 PM. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

  • Force Majeure: Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes). In the event of extreme weather or typhoon holidays, dispatch and delivery schedules will strictly follow the official announcements of the respective logistics companies.   • Home Delivery Notice: The exact arrival time depends on the courier's daily routing schedule.

  • Convenience Store Pickup Notice: An SMS notification will be sent to your phone once the package arrives at the designated store. Please pick it up within 7 days. If a package is returned due to failure to pick it up without a valid reason, the resulting return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
